A Glass of Healthy low fat, low cal alternative to fastfood shakes. Tastes ten times better. easy to prepare and very healthy for breakfast :)

1/2 sliced banana
a glass of milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp cinnamon
1/3 cup crushed ice
sugar or honey as per taste

Ingredients
1/2 sliced banana

Preparation of Banana Milkshake
- Chop half a banana into slices
- Blend all the ingredients in blender. Blend until smooth.
- Pour mix into glass.
- Sprinkle about 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon on shake.
- sugar is optional you can have it without sugar also just add a teaspoon of honey
- Drink it. enjoy as simple as that ;)
